Terms and Conditions of Sale

You are bidding on the entire contents of each unit. The manager will unlock and open the door to each unit. You will have just a minute or two to look at the contents from OUTSIDE the unit. You may not enter, touch or move any of the contents of the unit. A flashlight would be helpful.

The entire contents of the unit will be sold, and the winning bidder must take everything out of the unit, leaving it broom-swept so that it can be immediately re-rented. You may not use the dumpster on site. You will have 48 hours (Friday 5pm) for removal of all items from the unit. If you need more time, you can rent the unit by the day, week or month. You are responsible for locking and securing the storage unit once the auctioneer says sold; locks are available for purchase in the office. 

Payment is due when you buy a unit. IMMEDIATELY  after the auction please visit the office to pay for your purchase.  There is no time to leave and get money.  Garden Canyon U-Store-It will handle all payments, they accept all major credit cards and cash. 

There are no guarantees or warranties on anything in the unit, so BUYER BEWARE, all sales are final, there are no refunds; everything is sold as is, where is. The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principals.

Personal items (photographs, documents, financial paperwork, etc.) or any personally identifiable information or documents must be returned to the rental office with 48 hours.

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted - Please keep the site clean.

Announcements made at the time of the auction supersede any printed announcements.

This storage unit sale is subject to adjournment.
